- Website content and design fresh
- Backed up, and fully functional
- WooCommerce settings
You MUST be knowledgeable or skilled in:
- WordPress, Jiji, Jumia, Konga, ShoPify, Amazon & eBay
- PayPal, Freshdesk. Facebook, Instagram & Twitter
- Software programming and graphics designs
- International web standards and protocols
- Different content management systems
- Integration of online payment systems
- Designing landing and sales pages
- Setup email marketing systems
Responsibilities:
- Manage ad-words, paid channels & marketplaces
- Create and test ad copy for operational efficiency
- Set targets and build strategies to help achieve them
- Create and optimise landing pages to increase signups
- Develop and implement quality campaigns to beat the competition
- Monitor KPIs, set up and measure campaigns across online channels
- Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
- Communicate campaign developments, timelines, and results
- Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data
- Identify potential opportunities for improvement
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- You’ll create effective digital marketing plans to generate revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction
- You’ll identify opportunities for growth within existing e-commerce accounts, and develop new B2B Marketplace customers
- You’ll be responsible for utilising raw data and managing channel campaigns in order to expand market share
- You’ll be responsible for managing product development in line within future listing opportunities
- You’ll work closely with all areas of the business to ensure in-depth product knowledge
- You’ll generate and update website content; M Hub Enterprises and Its spin-out brands
- You’ll plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
- You’ll define and implement e-commerce and marketing strategies
- You'll refine your skills to stay commercial and technology savvy
- You’ll support the e-commerce logistic and warehousing team
- You’ll oversee the development of marketing literature
- You’ll provide management with feedback
- You’ll plan and prepare presentations
- You’ll achieve revenue goals.
- You’ll write reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering [Optional]
- Proven experience building campaign strategies from scratch
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools to capture key metrics
- Ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms
- Willing and available at short notice
- Submissive & Teachable spirit
- Experience working with data
- Detail and deadline oriented
